We do not produce the videos. Uploaders/sources are responsible. Reported content may be removed.
1. Platform role — no content ownership
NocturnePL operates as an intermediary hosting / linking platform. Videos, embeds, thumbnails and titles are submitted by users or referenced from third-party sources.
We do not claim ownership of third-party media. Uploaders and source platforms remain solely responsible for the legality, licenses, and performer documentation of content they make available.
Display on this site does not mean we created, verified, endorsed, or permanently host the underlying media file.
2. User responsibility
Anyone who submits, embeds, or publicly shares a video/link warrants that: (a) they are 18+; (b) they have all rights and licenses; (c) all persons depicted are 18+ and documented where required; (d) the content is lawful in relevant jurisdictions; (e) the content is not non-consensual, CSAM, or otherwise illegal.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator, affiliates, and staff from claims arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the service.
3. Prohibited content
Strictly forbidden: anyone under 18 (real or depicted as such), non-consensual / revenge material, doxxing, malware, content that infringes copyright without authorization, and any material illegal under applicable law.
We may remove content, block submitters, and preserve logs when required to investigate abuse.
4. Public submissions & moderation
Public listings may be indexed without prior human review. Availability does not equal approval.
Reported videos may be unpublished or deleted after review. We may act faster on clear illegal content or credible rights notices.
5. Disclaimer
Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for third-party content, downtime, or damages arising from use of embeds hosted elsewhere.
Nothing here waives mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country.
